Section 76: Requirement for approval of aerodrome security programme.

(1) An aerodrome operator shall not permit his or its aerodrome to be used for operation of air transport service unless he or it has the airport security programme approved by the Authority.
(2) The aerodrome operator, his or its representatives and servants shall comply with the provisions of the approved security programme and every breach of the provisions of the approved airport security programme shall attract a fine of at least N500,000 or as stipulated by the relevant regulation whichever is higher.
