Section 106: Restriction on execution against property of the Authority.

(1) In any action or suit against the Authority, no execution shall be levied or attachment process issued against the property of the Authority unless not less than three months' notice of the intention to execute or attach has been given to the Authority.
(2) The funds or account of the Authority shall not be attached or garnisheed in furtherance of a judgment debt unless with the consent and approval of the Attorney-General of the Federation.
