Section 1: Establishment of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre.

(1) There is hereby established a Centre to be known as the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (in this Act referred to as "the Centre") which shall be located in such places as the Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Federal Gazette, declare.
