Section 14: Application of the Act to unregistered persons

A person, not being a member of the Association, who, but for this Act, would have been qualified to apply for and obtain membership of the Association, may within, the period of three months beginning with the commencement day, apply for membership of the Institute in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made by the Council and if approved, he shall be registered, as the case may be, according to his qualification.
