Section 13: Other staff.

(1) The Council may, on the recommendation of the Registrar, appoint such other staff as it may consider necessary to assist the Registrar in the discharge of his duties.
(2) The employment of the Registrar and other staff shall be pensionable, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Civil Service of the Federation.
