Section 4: ELECTION OF PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE INSTITUTE

The Institute shall have a President and two Vice-Presidents, who shall be Chartered Members or Fellows of the Institute, to be elected by the Chartered Members at an annual general meeting and hold office each for a term of two years from the date of election and shall not be eligible for re-election after two terms of two years each.
