Section 20: REGULATION

(1) Any regulation made under this Act shall be pnblished in the Federal Government Gazette and a copy of the regulations shall be forwarded to the Minister for Commerce not less than seven days before they are published.
(2) The rules proposed for the purposes of this Act shall be subject to confirmation by the lnstitute at its next general meeting or at any special meeting of the Institute convened for that purpose' and if then annulled shall
cease to have effect on the day of annulment, but without prejudice to anything
done in pursuance or intended pursuance of any such rule.
