Section 33: Pre-action notice.

A person who has a cause of action against the Institute shall -(a) give the Institute three months' notice in writing of his intention to commence an action, disclosing the cause of action and serve the processes on a principal officer at the Head office of the Institute; and
(b) commence the legal action within two years from the date the cause of action arose.
