Section 32: Provision for library.

The Institute shall -(a) establish and maintain a library comprising of books and publications for the advancement of knowledge of the theory and practice of corporate governance and directorship; and
(b) stimulate and promote research and publication on the theory and practice of corporate governance and directorship.
