Section 24: Fund of the Institute.

There is established for the Institute a fund (in this Act referred to as "the Fund") into which shall be paid all money due to the Institute including but not limited to -(a) annual subscriptions, levies or fees collected for services rendered by the Institute;
(b) penalties imposed for violation of any provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made under it; and
(c) donations from Government, philanthropists, and other donor agencies and organisations made in furtherance of the objectives of the Institute.
