Section 20: Requirements for Registration.

Subject to the provisions of section 19 (2), the applicant shall -(a) be of good character;
(b) have attained the age of 21 years;
(c) not be convicted of any offence involving criminal act, fraud or dishonesty within and outside Nigeria;
(d) be of sound mind;
(e) not be adjudged a bankrupt; and
(f) fulfil all requirements stipulated by the Council under this Act.
