Section 1: Establishment of Chartered Institute of Certified Secretaries and Reporters of Nigeria.

There is established the Chartered Institute of Certified Secretaries and Reporters of Nigeria (in this Act referred to as "the Institute") which-(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal ; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
