Section 37: Federal Government's usage of other banks and state Treasuries.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 36 of this Act, the Federal Government may-(a) maintain accounts in Nigeria with other banks in such cases and on such conditions as the Bank may determine; and
(b) use the services of the State Treasuries for the collection and payment of Federal Government moneys in places where it may be appropriate or convenient to do so
