Section 99: Power to Impose and Review Penalties.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act or any other law the Governor may by notice published in the print and electronic media and in the Federal Government Gazette, reduce or increase the monetary penalty payable for the contravention of any of the provisions of this Act.
