Section 102: Establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Enforcement and Recovery of Eligible Loans.
2020Section 102 of 132•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) There is established the Special Tribunal for the Enforcement and Recovery of Eligible Loans (in this Act referred to as "the Tribunal").
(2) The Tribunal shall exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority as conferred on it in this Chapter.
