Section 88: Dissolution of Resolution Fund.
At the dissolution date of the Resolution Fund prescribed by the Bank, the Resolution Fund shall stand dissolved and the Board of Trustees shall appoint, on such terms as it deems fit, one or more liquidators to-(a) wind up the affairs of the Resolution Fund;
(b) realise all assets of the Resolution Fund; and
(c) distribute, in accordance with such directions as may be issued by the Bank, the proceeds of realisation and all money then standing to the credit of the Resolution Fund.
