Section 85: Proceedings of the Board of Trustees.
2020Section 85 of 132•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Board of Trustees shall-(a) meet for the conduct of its business at the Secretariat or such other place at such times and on such days as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees may decide; and
(b) subject to the provisions of this Act, have power to regulate its proceedings.
