Section 60: Rules and regulations in respect of Resolution Cost Fund (amended by Section 8 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2015)

Without prejudice to the powers of the Central Bank of Nigeria to make regulations and to issue guidelines and direction under this Act, the Central Bank of Nigeria shall have power to make rules and regulations for giving effect to the provisions of this Part of this Act and without limitation, for regulating the management and operations of the Fund, and the proceedings of the Board of Trustees.
