Section 60: Annual report of Resolution Cost Fund (amended by Section 8 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2015)

The Board of Trustees shall, not rater than 3 months after the end of each-financial year, beginning with the financial year ending 2014, submit a report in such form and with such information as may be specified by the Central Bank of Nigeria (in this Act referred to as an "annual report") to the President, the Minister, the Governor, both Houses of the National Assembly and each eligible financial institution, of its activities during the financial year concerned;
Provided that the audited accounts of the Corporation for the relevant year, and failing that, the management accounts of the Corporation, shall be included in the annual report.
