Section 14: Delegation of powers.

The Minister may by order published in the Federal Gazette delegate to another person or authority all or any of his powers under this Act, so however that-(a) the delegation of a power under this section above shall not prevent the Minister from continuing to exercise the power if he thinks fit;
(b) the delegation of powers under this section shall not extend to the power to make, regulations under this Act.
