Section 264: Calling out of reservists and pensioners to aid the civil power

(1) The President may, at any time when occasion appears to require it, callout reservists and pensioners or as many of them as he thinks necessary, to aid the civil power in the preservation of the public peace.
(2) Reservists and pensioners called out for service under subsection (1) of this section shall not be liable to serve at anyone time for a period exceeding 28 days.
