Section 262: Reservists and pensioners

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 270 of this Act, this Part of this Act shall apply-(a) to every officer, soldier, rating or aircraftman who, by virtue of this Act, is a member of the Reserve (in this Act referred to as "a reservist"); and
(b) to every person who having served as an officer, soldier, rating or aircraftman in the Armed Forces (in this Act referred to as "a pensioner") is in receipt of a pension or an annual allowance in respect of the service.
