Section 25: Saving as regards distress signals and electrical apparatus.
Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to prevent-(a) the use by a vessel, or aircraft in distress, of any means at its disposal to attract attention, make known its position and obtain help; or
(b) any person from making or using electrical apparatus for actuating machinery or for any purpose other than that of wireless telegraphy.
