Section 48: Fees.

(1) The fees in the Fifth Schedule to this Act shall be the prescribed fees for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may by order from time to time amend, vary, add to or replace the Fifth Schedule. Any order made under this section shall be subject to the approval of the President.
