Section 4: Dissolution of Board of Governors of the Teaching Hospitals

(1) The Board of Governors of the University of Benin Teaching Hospitals established under section 31 of the Law as a body corporate is hereby dissolved.
(2) Accordingly, all property, rights, liabilities and obligations which immediately before the commencement of this Act were property, rights, liabilities and obligations held by the said Board or held or purported to be held by any person or body in respect of the Hospital, shall vest in the Federal Government.
