As from the commencement of this Act; the provisions, of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade which are set out in the Schedule to this. Act shall subject as thereunder provided, have force of law in Nigeria and shall be given full recognition and effect and be applied by all authorities and persons exercising legislative, executive, or judicial powers in Nigeria.
