Section 11: Effect of transfer for administering country

(1) The competent authorities of the administering country shall continue the enforcement of the sentence immediately or through a court of administrative order under the conditions set out in section 12 of this Act.
(2) Subject to the provisions of section 13 of this Act, the enforcement of the sentence shall, upon transfer, be governed by the law of the administering country which alone shall be competent to take all appropriate decisions.
