TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (PROHIBITION) LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT
Section 22: Unlawful forced labour
Any person who requires any other person, or permits any place outside Nigeria, to be used for forced labour commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for five years or to a fine not exceeding N100,000.00 or to both fine and imprisonment.
