Section 1: Establishment of National Agency for Prohibition of traffic in persons

(1) There is established body to be known as the National Agency for Prohibition of Traffic in Persons and Other Related Matters (in this Act referred to as "the Agency'').
(2) The Agency-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
