TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (PROHIBITION) ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT. NO. 4
Section 33: Impersonation or assumption of character of an officer of the agency.
Any person who unlawfully assumes the name, character or
designation of an officer of the Agency, commits an offence under this Act and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years without an option of fine.
