TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (PROHIBITION) ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT. NO. 4
Section 24: Trafficking in slaves.
Any person who recruits, imports, exports, transfers, transports, buys, sells, disposes or in any way trafficks in any person as a slave or accepts, receives, detains or harbours a person as a slave, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than 7 years and a fine of not less than N2,000,000.00.
