Section 52: Repeals and transitional provisions.

(1) The enactments specified in the Second Schedule of this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(2) Subject to subsection (1) of this section, any application made, fee paid, register kept, notice published or any other thing whatsoever done under or by virtue of any provision of the Trade Unions Act repealed by this Act shall be deemed to have been made, paid, kept, published or done, as the case may be, under or by virtue of the corresponding provision of this Act or the Regulations; and anything begun under any such provision may be continued under this Act as if begun under this Act.
