Section 23: Enforcement of awards.(REPEALED BY SECTION 53 OF THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT ACT 2006)

The Court and the Industrial Arbitration Panel are hereby empowered to enforce awards given by the Court or Panel and may commit for contempt any person or a representative of a trade union or association who does any act or commits an omission which in the opinion of the Panel or Court constitutes contempt of the Panel or of the Court.
