Section 11: Tenure of office of chairman and members of the Panel.
Subject to the provision of this section, a person holding or appointed to act in the office of the chairman, vice-chairman or who is a member of the Panel shall vacate that office when he attains the age of sixty-five years:
Provided that the President may permit such a person to continue in his office or appointment for such period as he may think fit after that person has attained the age of sixty-five years to enable him to make an award, deliver a decision or do any other thing in relation to proceedings that were commenced before him before he attained the age of sixty-five years.
