Section 16: Recovery of fees.

Without prejudice to any rule of law whereby a contract may be avoided for inconsistency with an enactment, a person other than a fully registered town planner shall not be entitled to recover by process of law fees or other valuable consideration whatsoever in respect of any act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done by him in intended pursuance of any contract while purporting to act as a registered town planner.
