Section 7: Accounts audit,etc.

The Council shall keep proper accounts on behalf of the Institute in respect of each year and proper records in relation to those accounts and shall cause its accounts to be audited as soon as may be after the end of the year but not more than three months into the new financial year to which the accounts relate by a firm of auditors approved by the Minister and, when audited, the accounts shall be submitted to the members of the Institute for approval by them at the meeting of the Institute.
