Section 3: Establishment of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund.

(1) There is established the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (in this Act referred to as "the Trust Fund").
(2) The Trust Fund-
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
