Section 23: Exemption from tax.

(1) The Trust Fund is exempted from the payment of incame tax on any income accruing from investments made by the Trust Fund or otherwise.
(2) The provisions of any enactment relatin g to the taxation of companies or trust funds do not apply to the Trust Fund.
