Section 10: Removal from office of a member.

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 7 and 8 of this Act, the President may remove a member from the Board of Trustee if any circumstance which borders on corruption and other activities that negates the interest and security of the nation would require the removal of the member from the Board of Trustee.
