Section 13: Repeal and savings provisions.

1 The Appropriation Act, 2022 is repealed.

2 Except otherwise provided by law or authorised by the National Assembly, any fund appropriated or released or any transaction or contract executed under the repealed Act shall be deemed to have been appropriated or released, or transacted or executed under this Act.
