Section 53: Publication of UN Consolidated List.

Any information on the designation of persons and entities referred to in section 52 of this Act shall, without delay, be—(a) published in the Nigeria Sanctions Committee website, and periodically updated in the manner prescribed in the regulations made in accordance with this Act; and
(b) circulated to the relevant sector regulators, financial institutions, designated non-financial business and professions, and other entities.
