Section 24: Use of premises As Amended by Section 6 of the TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL OFFENCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016
A person who, being the landlord, tenant, occupier or is concerned with the management of any premises, causes or knowingly permits the premises to be used for any purpose which constitutes an offence under this Part of this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of N1,000,000.
