Section 17: Sale of postal matters, etc., at unapproved price

A person who-
(a) sells or offers for sale any stamp, postal order, money order or other postal item at an amount not approved by the Nigerian Postal Service (in this part of this Act referred to as "the Postal Service"); or
(b)
demands, for the postage or transmission of any letter, postal parcel or electronic mail, an amount not approved by the Postal Service,
is guilty of an offence.
