Section 11: Duty to report

(1) It shall be the duty of the head of an educational institution to report any misconduct by a registered member to the Panel.
(2) A person in breach of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of N1000 or to imprisonment for a term of three months.
