Section 6: Application of funds

For the purpose of the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Board shall apply the funds of the Square in the following manner-(a) to the cost of administration and maintenance of the Square or any of its properties; and
(b) to the payment of salaries, gratuities and other benefits payable to the employees.
