Section 16: Repeals, etc.

(1) The following enactments are hereby repealed, that is-
(a) the Tafawa Balawa Square Management Act, 1961 (which was by operation of law rendered redundant);
(b) the Tafawa Balawa Square Management (Amendment Law 1969 of Lagos State.)
(2) Any proceedings instituted before the commencement of this Act under any enactment or provision repealed by subsection (1) of this section may continue and be completed as if this Act had not been passed.
