Section 4: Interpretation

2002Section 4 of 5•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act-
"Constitution" means the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999;
"National Assembly" means the Senate and House of Representatives established by the Constitution;
"President" means the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria established by the Constitution.
