Section 3: Detailed estimates of the expenditure Second Schedule

In the event that a need arises to vire amounts within the heads of expenditure to which sums have been appropriated under this Act, such virement shall only be effected with the prior approval of the National Assembly.
The detailed estimates of expenditure are set out in the Second Schedule to this Act.
Citation: This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Act (No.2) 2010.
