STATUTORY CORPORATIONS, ETC. (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT
Section 4: Provisions as to registered companies
(1)
If there is lodged with the Corporate Affairs Commission a copy of this Act together with a certificate as to any company controlled by the Federal Government that it is a corporation affected, the Commission shall file the copy and certificate without fee and when so filed the memorandum and articles of association of the company shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary to give effect to this Act.
(2)
A certificate for the purposes of this section may be signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and when purporting to be so signed shall be accepted by all courts and persons without proof of signature, unless the contrary appears.
