Section 87: Voting and procedure.

1991Section 87 of 144•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) Voting shall be carried out in one and the same day throughout the Federation.
(2) Voting shall be by open ballot.
(3) The rules of procedure to be adopted at the elections shall be as set out in Schedule 5 to this Act.
